G.B. Costa's Realty will keep you informed on all continuing education available locally and in surrounding areas.  You will be kept informed on all new laws and the status of the real estate business, so if you decide to go back as an agent listing and selling you will be current on the world of real estate.

You are responsible to pay all taxes as required by the Federal, State, County, and City.  No taxes are withheld from you

commissions.​

Contact with anyone you refer to G. B. Costa's will be made within 15 to 30 minutes of notification from you

​You will receive a follow-up on all contact made to anyone you refer to G. B. Costa's Realty.

During the year there will be a classes as required by the MD Real Estate Commission, which will be taken by Zoom or in person.​  All agents must attend at least 6 of the courses, to be in compliance with what is required by the MD Real Estate Commission and me as the broker of record.  There will be a sign-in and a sign-out sheet for each class. These classes are free to all associates.

Once a year there will be a company party for both the GB Costa Realty and The GB Costa Team.

You can transfer your license to any company anytime you want, your decision.
