Service to Clients and Customers and to Our Agents
To our Agents: You will be kept informed of all the changes in Maryland Real Estate Laws. If you want to list and sell, you are welcome to transfer your license to Keller Williams Select Realtors or any company you choose to associate with in 24 hours or less. Our agents receive their commissions within 48 hours of the commission being paid to G.B. Costa's Realty. There are no deductions from your commission for any fees.
To our clients and customers: We want to make sure you have the best service available in the field of real estate. This service includes getting our clients the best price and terms possible on any transaction. We have over 40 years of experience in the field of real estate and know where and how to answer all questions, if we are not qualified to answer any questions for you, we will put you in contact with the people who have the expertise. Also, G.B. Costa's Realty will give seminars to groups, on many areas of real estate, such as what to expect of your agent, how to get the highest dollar for your home, where you make money on improvements and where you don't, and much more.
Agent: You spent the time and money to get licensed as a real estate agent, why not make money referring people to G. B. Costa's Realty. Your only cost is keeping your license active, by completing your continuing education every 2 years. Each year you start over at the original 30% referral fee. Any special exceptions of the above will be discussed in detail one on one.
