We do not list or sell; we only refer to the name and contact information of any buyer or seller who is looking to purchase a property or sell a property in Talbot, Queen Anne, Caroline, Dorchester, and Wicomico County on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Anne Arundel County on the Western Shore of Maryland.
No MLS Fees, No Board Fees, No National Fees
You, as an agent, have no monthly or yearly fees to any multi-listing service, no fees to any board and no fees to the National Association of REALTORS(R), and no E&O Insurance Fees. You must keep your continuing education up to date every two years, which is 15 hours. As an agent, you do not hold the designation of REALTOR; you are a licensed real estate agent.
You receive 30% of the gross commission on either the buyers side or sellers side
When the commissions earned by Glory Bee Costa, personally from your referrals for the year is as follows bonus will be paid of:
$3,000 you will receive $900.00
$6,000 you will receive $1,800.00
$10,000 you will receive $3,000.00
$20,000 you will receive $6,000.00
$40,000 you will receive $12,000.00
$50,000 you will receive $15,000.00
And it just keeps going up from there, with no rollback, no drop in the referral percentage of 30%
If your referral is to another area of Glory Bee Costa does not handle, you will receive 75% of the referral fee paid to G.B. Costa's Realty.
