G. B. Costa has been in operation since 1987 as a referral company.  I obtained my salesperson's license in 1981 and my Brokers license in 1987, at which time I opened the company.  Over the years I have been associated with national and local organizations.  I spent 20 years with Re/Max as associate broker and as a broker/owner for my own franchise and five years as a broker for other Re/Max franchises. Five years as an associate broker with Prudential Premier Properties, and currently, I am an associate broker with Keller Williams Select Realtors and Team Leader for The GB Costa Team of Keller Williams Select Realtors with offices in Easton, Chestertown, and Annapolis, Maryland.  All listing or selling real estate transactions are handled through the Keller Williams Select Realtors office.

In 2019 The GB Costa Team of Keller Williams Select Realtors was formed. We cover the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Anne Arundel county on the Western Shore of MD.  Members of the team reside from Kent Island down to Cambridge.  By covering a larger area, we increased our buyer clients, which in return is an asset to the seller who lists with our team.

I have an Associate Degree in Business and am highly experienced in internet marketing, as well as traditional print marketing; my degree includes public speaking, marketing, training and development, human resources, business math, accounting, global business, etc.   I have

trained and mentored agents in both my own franchise and for brokers of other companies.

I hold numerous designations and certifications about the field of real estate, such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Sellers Representative (CSR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate Realtors Institute  (GRI), Internet Technology (E-PRO).  And through my association with Keller Williams Select Realtors, I hold memberships in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mid-shore Board of Realtors, Bright MLS, and numerous other Realtor organizations.​

I relocated from VA to  St. Michaels in 1980, reside with my two toy poodles, Cayanne and Sage, and enjoy boating, theater, and all the eastern shore has to offer.

My career before real estate was as an owner of a residential and commercial construction company and a trucking company.
